Dear Guido and Joerg,
Regards from Monze,
The Phiri family thanks you for your continued support in prayers and 
thoughts, both Solomon and Althea are getting better by the minute, they 
are on medication to treat the cough they have. In Monze, both the 
Hospital and the clinic do not have the rapid COVID-19 swabs, I am in 
touch with one of the medical staff who said they will get in touch with 
me once they receive the testing kits.
Bishop Moses Hamungole will be put to rest on Saturday 16th January 
2021, we indeed continue praying for the church and the family through 
this hard time.

    Dear Vicar General Sebastian Milimo, dear Solomon and dear friends
    in the Diocese of Monze.

    It is with great sadness that we have heard of the death of Bishop
    Moses and our thoughts and prayers are with our friends in the
    Diocese of Monze.
    Bishop Monses has always supported the ewe (one-world-engagement) in
    its work and especially the idea of intercultural exchange between
    people in Zambia and Germany and promoted and accompanied it through
    the Development Department as a diocesan partner.
    He was a clever and far-thinking man, who was particularly concerned
    about the contemporary proclamation of the Christian faith and the
    commitment to international justice.
    We remember him with gratitude. May he rest in peace!
