<div>ich habe Jolinas Bericht aufmerksam gelesen und ich sehe deutlich, dass er sich unter anderem auch mit Themen beschäftigt welches wir mit Jolina, Alisha und Charleen beim Rückkehrerseminar diskutiert haben: Freiwilligendienst-Tourismus oder eben Mein Verständnis von FW-Dienst einhergehend mit meiner Motivation einen FW-Dienst zu absolvieren. Ich bin beeindruckt wie Jolina es in einem Bericht schafft zusammenzufassen was uns alle (wenn auch aus unterschiedlichen Perspektiven) bewegt und umtreibt und ich freue mich, dass es unseren Partner nicht anders geht. Wir werden alle aus unserer Routine "gerissen" und das ist eine große Chance.</div>

<div>Nicht nur Jolinas Bericht, auch Solomons Mail hat mich bewegt und ich bin gespannt auf die Dinge die da kommen, auch wenn es heißt, dass wir uns (und damit meine ich sowohl den deutschen, als auch den sambischen ewe) eventuell gemeinsam neu erfinden müssen.</div>

<p>Hallo Helen und Gesine, und natürlich der Rest Vorstand auch,</p>
<p>zufällig sind wir jetzt an einem Punkt, ausgelöst durch Jolinas Bericht, den ich anfüge, dass unsere Partner nochmal über unsere Idee des Freiwilligen Dienstes nachdenken wollen.</p>
<p>Wir waren beim 20 Jährigen an diesem Punkt mit den Ehemaligen, seit dem aber hat sich einiges u.a. durch QM geändert. Ebenso müssen unsere Freiwilligen, aber auch wir immer wieder unsere Philosophie als besonderen und anderen Dienst verteidigen.</p>
<p>In die vorgeschlagene Debatte möchte ich gerne einsteigen und vielleicht können wir bei der Vorstandssitzung erste Ideen wie wir uns beteiligen entwickeln und unseren Partnern anbieten.</p>
<p>Ich habe den Eindruck, dass das sambische Team auch unter rechtfertigungsdruck innerhalb des Bistums ist.</p>

I am delighted to hear from you, to read what you are referring to a "Last Report" and yet a report of the sort I have not gotten from any of either the Zambian or German past volunteers. It is the only report I have read 4 times. It is the only report I have read, coming from a past volunteer, that is thought provoking and it is the only report that says to me we should try and articulate very clearly in each one of our mind the creation story in the book of Genesis of the Christian Religion. This is why am copying this email to our Bishop, Bishop Moses Hamungole, Bishop of Monze the Vicar General Fr. Sebastian Milimo.</div>

<div><b><i> "Another subject that matters to me being an ex-volunteer is the debate on different types of volunteer services and the picture we are drawing for the public. Reflecting on our experiences, me and other volunteers wondered: Do volunteer services make any sense at all? <div>I notice in the hind side you attempted to share your highly synthesized but certainly very well thought through opinion. And yet I want to think all ewe members should take time to think through this subject and also share their opinion without bias to the basic ideals of ewe. Jolina I want to commend you for this report and I hope others who have read it will have been moved by it like I have. I want to take time to read your report again, reflect on my experiences with ewe and time allowing contribute to the debate you have started. I want to suggest that your report be shared widely but with an intent for people who are to read it to share their opinion. I further suggest that with contributions that may arise, we evaluate the the ideals of ewe and ascertain their relevance to the concept of "Saving the World".</div>
