<p>hier meine Einladung von Agnes zur MV.</p>
<p>George hat an den Videocalls zu Schulfee bereits teilgenommen und
ist offensichtlich wichtig für den ewe Zambia als Quereinsteiger
in der Folge von Solomons Tod und der Verteilung der
Zuständigkeiten.</p>
<p>Chrisencia (die in diesen Tagen 25tes Ordensjubiläum hat und
deshalb auf Heimaturlaub ist möchte auch Präsenz zeigen.</p>
<p>Um im Vorfeld keine großen Erwartungen an Kommunikation zu wecken
habe ich nochmal den eher formalen Charakter der MV dargestellt
und auf mögliche Kommunikationsprobleme verwiesen. ich hoffe wir
finden eine/n Übersetzer*in, sonst werden sie wenig von der MV
haben.</p>
<p>Ab dem 20. werde ich mich an den Vorstandsbericht setzen. Gerne
nehme ich Berichte aus dem Bereich dt. und zamb. SDFV mit auf</p>

<p>Dear Agnes. Yes, it was a long email! <br>
But since I've been working with a free translation programme
(deepl.com), my e-mails sometimes get longer.<br>
I am really retired since May! This gives me more time for my
voluntary work in the parish and in the ewe. In addition, we are
currently renovating a house for Teresa in the Ruhr area. The
downside is that we have to get by with less income. Mechthild
is still working, though.<br>
The good thing is that I see my children and grandchildren more
often and I can work more in the garden and ride my bike.<br>
Yes George is welcome to attend the general meeting via ZOOM and
so is Chrisencia. However, the conference language is German, as
not all participating members speak English well. I will try to
write the board's report on the past year and send it to you in
English beforehand.<br>
A general meeting in Germany is a very serious matter with many
formalities (for example, only paying members are allowed to
speak and pass resolutions and minutes with a list of
participants must be submitted to the local court because the
ewe is a registered association and can therefore receive
donations. The board is accountable to the members for the use
of the funds).<br>
Nevertheless, we will try to translate the essential
communication for you as guests.<br>
Please keep the two private matters to yourself. I still have to
clarify this with the board. We have only touched on the idea
briefly so far.<br>
I will send you a ZOOM link and the agenda of the general
meeting a few days in advance.<br>

down as we experience the winter although it can not be
compared to Germany. We have been recording covid cases as
a country, fortunately we have the vaccine now and most of
the health workers and ordinary citizens have received the
jab. We hope we will continue to purchase the vaccine as we
are told it is expensive and not so many doses can be bought
at a time. However, we hope for the best and continued
availability of the vaccine. </div>

hear that some restrictions at your end are slowly being
lifted. We hope this situations even betters so that people
can start living normally again without any fears. Yes it
is important to continue being carefull because the
situation is not stable yet.</div>

good, at least most of the people will not go hungry,
especially on the plateau (the up land). The worry still
remains in the valley where the rain partens are scanty. </div>

service in the current situation, Irmela has been sharing
with me of the possible challenges. Nevertheless, we hope
to be successful this year so that we can at least keep our
presence in the Foreign Social Service both in Germany and
Zambia. There was a ban for travels from Zambia to Gerrmany
up to the end of March, as such we are making an appointment
with the Germany Embassy (for next week) to apply for the
long term visas for Judith and Margaret. We keep our
fingers crossed for success.</div>

good to be part of that meeting. I will make my calendar
for it, all you need is to share with me the zoom link. Can

in that meeting.</div>

can support you financially. What do you think about
this and how much tuition fees do you still have to
pay in order to complete your studies?</i></b></div>

our peace of mind. This is a briliant thought coming from
your end and I will work towards that. I still have 3
courses to complete and these will cost USD1,365. I have
been taking one course at a time to give myself some time to
fundraise for the next course and as if you read in between
the lines, i have depleted my accounts but thanks to friends
who have chipped in to help me raise funds, Lukas is one of
them.</div>
