The Acting Board  of ewe in Germany is happy that after the sad and for <br>
us great loss through the death of Solomon Phiri, the Development <br>
Department of the Diocese of Monze and Caritas now has a new director in <br>
Philemon Zulu. Caritas/Development Department have been the partner of <br>
ewe for 25 years now and together we have been able to successfully <br>
bring this partnership with the people of Southern Province to life, <br>
especially through intercultural exchange and joint projects for the <br>
education of young people.<br>
In these days, after successful selection, we can again nominate a <br>
German volunteer for 2022/ 2023 and provide donations for the school fee <br>
project for the coming year.<br>
We are happy that the partnership is once again getting faces of people <br>
who support it.<br>
We have enclosed a kind of organisation chart of the ewe network and a <br>
presentation of how we use it in and for our public relations work. The <br>
description of ewe Zambia is based on an article by Solomon Phiri on the <br>
occasion of the 20th anniversary of ewe.<br>
As we use these presentations for our public relations work, an update <br>
of the responsibilities in the Zambian team would certainly be useful.<br>
These documents can also be used in the public relations work of the <br>
Diocese of Monze to present the ewe in a good light. However, the <br>
passage on finances should not be used, as it is intended exclusively <br>
for the Development Department and the team members for information <br>
purposes.<br>
