On 15 August, the newly elected<b> board of the ewe for the period
2022-2024</b> had its constituent meeting and defined
responsibilities, working methods and topics.<br>
We would like to inform you about this in order to make our
cooperation and communication as clear and effective as possible.<br>

<b>Official communication</b> takes place via eMail or ZOOM
conferences. In urgent exceptions also via phone or messenger.<br>
We ask the Zambian partners to name the contact persons and
responsibilities and to inform us.<br>
The Executive Board and the Secretary ask for a<b> ZOOM conference
with the Zambian ewe team</b> to explain the changes in the
constitution and in the functioning of the ewe board, to hear how
ewe is integrated and networked in the Diocese of Monze, and to
share developments, ideas and joint projects for the next 2 years.<br>
This could be scheduled for the first or last week of September.<br>
