<p>jetzt haben wir ein Problem, nämlich die Aussetzung des
Kernbereichs des ewe - jedenfalls höre ich das so heraus:<br>

<p>Sollen wir also in diesem Jahr auf die Aussendung verzichten,
oder es drauf ankommen lassen, die Auswahl zu machen und ggf. zu
entsenden und parallel am KOnzept mit den Partnern zu arbeiten,
sodass wir der MItgliederversammlung im Sommer die entsprechenden
Konsequenzen vorschlagen können?</p>

Wir bestätigen den Erhalt Ihrer Mail vom 14. Januar 2024. Wir
sind dankbar für das Feedback, das Sie uns zu den sambischen
Freiwilligen gegeben haben, die am interkulturellen Austausch
2024/2025 von ewe in Deutschland teilnehmen. Als Team hier in
Sambia haben wir Ihr Feedback diskutiert und analysiert und
antworten hiermit wie folgt:<br>

1. Aufnahme einer jungen Frau - medizinische Laborantin.<br>
<br>
Wir freuen uns, dass es eine junge Person gibt, die Interesse
hat, nach Sambia zu kommen. Wir freuen uns, Ihnen mitteilen zu
können, dass wir bereit sind, sie aufzunehmen und sie zu
begleiten, wie wir es bereits bei anderen getan haben. In diesem
Zusammenhang bitten wir Sie, Folgendes zur Kenntnis zu nehmen:
In Anbetracht der Tatsache, dass es sich bei ihr nicht um eine
Jugendliche handelt, die gerade von der Schule kommt, möchten
wir daran erinnern, dass sie wie jeder andere Freiwillige in
einer Familie leben und die Vormundschaft ihrer Gasteltern sowie
die Betreuung durch die verantwortlichen Personen akzeptieren
muss. Es muss daher bei der Auswahl festgestellt werden, ob sie
dazu bereit ist. Die anderen Bedingungen und Vorschriften gelten
wie in einem ähnlichen Fall zuvor. Sie erinnern sich vielleicht,
dass wir einmal eine junge Frau aufgenommen haben, die
ausgebildete Krankenschwester war.<br>

Ein anderer Gedanke ist, auch Pater Ackim zum Auswahlverfahren
einzuladen, damit dies in gewisser Weise eine Orientierung für
die Prozesse von ewe sein kann.<br>

2. Sambische Freiwillige für den Zeitraum 2024/2025<br>
<br>
Wir danken Ihnen für den aktuellen Stand Ihrer Haltung zur
Aufnahme sambischer Freiwilliger. Wir schätzen Ihre ehrliche
Mitteilung zu diesem Thema. Da unsere Zusammenarbeit im Rahmen
dieses Austauschs die Entsendung und Aufnahme von Freiwilligen
von beiden Seiten beinhaltet, sind wir der Meinung, dass dieser
Austausch nicht fortgesetzt werden könnte, wenn es nicht möglich
wäre, Freiwillige von unserer Seite aufzunehmen. Wir möchten
daher vorschlagen, die Ziele zu überdenken und zu analysieren,
wie das Programm am besten fortgesetzt werden kann, damit es
sinnvoll bleibt, und so eine dauerhafte Lösung zu finden, die
für beide Seiten von Vorteil ist.der Austausch:</i></p>

are delighted to know that there is one young
person who is interested to come to Zambia. We
are happy to inform you that we are ready to
host her and we shall provide the
accompaniment as we have done before with
others. In view of this we ask you to kindly
take note of the following: Considering that
she is not a young person straight from
school, we wish to remind that, like any other
volunteer she will be expected to live in a
family and accept the guardianship of her host
parents as well as the guidance of the ewe
responsible persons. It must, therefore, be
established during selection if she will be
willing to take that. The other conditions and
regulations will apply like was in a similar
case before. You may remember that we once
hosted a young woman who was a trained nurse.</span></p>

Since our cooperation in this exchange entails
sending and receiving volunteers from both
ends, we think that this exchange may not
continue if it were not possible to receive
volunteers from our end. We therefore wish to

objectives and analyze the best ways to bring
continuity for the program to remain
