[Vorstand] German volunteers and organisational plannings

Dear friends,

on this cold and wet november morning  the bad news from US Presidential 
Election shockes democratic Europe and jubilates the populistic and 
ultra conservatives. I am scared of the consequences for peace, justice 
and creation all over the world. One year ago we all were very happy 
about the climate conference in Paris and that global players like US, 
China and India joined in, but now all this and a lot of world wide 
challenges are questioned. The today prayer of a protestant website in 
Germany was "oh god"

Yesterday evening we had our board meeting and had to finish the 
nessesarry documents and implications on our administration and our 
publications to get the quality seal as outsending organisation for 
german volunteers. This is needed to get support by government.

So we think we are fit for chosing and outsending new young german 
volunteers to you our partner in Zambia. (There are some interested 
candidates)

*Are you willing to receive some young Germns as volunteers up from 
august 2017?*

We know, that you had a lot to do finishing reorganisation of Monze 
Diocese and we are thankful, that we are shareholder in this pastoral 
and organisational strategie for the people in the diocese.

We like to continue our 20 years lasting partnership. So we are working 
to realise an official meeting with you as our zambian partner officials 
and the bishop and a pastoral responsable to reflect, update and develop 
our partnership. We try to get financial support for this meeting and 
designed a proposal to apply together with you. Lukas from schoolfee 
project (greetings from him) translated it. Please proof it, if you can 
agree or what additions from your end are needed. At the moment we asked 
some experts, if the proposal has a chance. When they agree I will add a 
financial plan with your help basing on the experiences of summerschool 
and fairtravel. And we will ask you to sign the application with us 
together. Deadline is december this year.

I hope you are all well and the gap Sr. Barbara leaves could be filled 
with a trusty person.
